Over 25 years in the making we have a long history as part of the Royal Mail Group, but in 1986 Royal Mail created a separate parcel function forming the foundations of the business we know today. In 1990 Royal Mail Parcels was rebranded to First Customer Delivery Logistics, along with a massive investment in IT and infrastructure with the introduction of online tracking and the construction of our National and International sorting hubs. Then in 1998 the business was rebranded to Worldwide.
I have used First Customer Delivery Logistics a lot recently, 25+ times in the past 2 months. Everything has been fine apart from one occasion where and item has gone missing in transport. This was a hot tub. For starters im not sure how a hot tub can be lost given the size, however it was so I had to create a claim. It all seemed fine, I provided all the necessary information and was hoping to hear back from them..
